Mr Edmunds originates and analyses deals and works alongside Mr Swan in structuring and
closing transactions. Mr Edmunds has 9 years of experience in real estate in the fields of
consultancy, debt markets, corporate finance and direct investments.
Prior to WW Advisors, Mr Edmunds was at the investment bank Lazard in London. As part of
the in the corporate finance division he was advising listed real estate companies, private
equity funds and hedge funds on mergers, acquisitions and asset disposals.
Mr Edmunds was previously at Deutsche Bank, working in the European Commercial Real
Estate Group, underwriting real estate loans incorporating all real estate sectors and most
European jurisdictions.
Mr Edmunds holds a Masters Degree from City University in London, a Bachelors Degree with Honours from University
of the West of England and is also a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
