Funds pile into distressed property
David Swan was interviewed in May by Overseas Property Professional on the reported surge in interest for investment funds buying up toxic and distressed assets in Europe. He commented that WW Advisors was launched as a real estate advisory group for GCC funds looking to invest in European real estate.
