WW Advisors Limited, a UK based real estate boutique providing specialised investment and financing advisory services throughout Europe, has appointed Jonathan Edmunds as Director to originate, analyse and execute deals as the company continues to seek opportunities.
Jonathan brings 9 years of experience in real estate and a wealth of experience in the fields of consultancy, debt markets, corporate finance and direct investments.
Prior to WW Advisors, Jonathan worked in the corporate finance division of Lazard, advising listed real estate companies, private equity funds and hedge funds on mergers, acquisitions and asset disposals. Jonathan was previously at Deutsche Bank, working in the European Commercial Real Estate Group, underwriting real estate loans for CMBS exits incorporating all real estate sectors and most European jurisdictions. Jonathan is a qualified chartered surveyor.
Jonathan’s broad understanding and experience of the direct, indirect and debt real estate markets complements the existing skill set within WW Advisors for acquisitions, enabling the company to deliver even more effective and focused returns for its clients.
