ING REIM Netherlands sells 13 offices
ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM) has sold a portfolio of 13 office properties to a consortium of international investors.
ING REIM’s Office Fund of the Netherlands sold the “Tango” portfolio which comprises more than 904,000 sq ft of office space and 1,200 parking spaces. The portfolio originally involved 14 office buildings but two buildings were sold separately.
